Terms of sale

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every purchase of Overdue Kit from Mario Behrends, trading as Overdue Kit, Germany (see the imprint). "We" means the seller. "You" means the buyer.

2. The product

Overdue Kit is a digital tool that runs in your web browser. The paid version unlocks letters 2 to 5, a calendar file and a print layout for invoices you enter. It is digital content, not delivered on a physical medium. It is meant for businesses chasing payment of business invoices.

3. Not legal advice

The letters are templates and the amounts are calculations based on public rules (EU Directive 2011/7/EU and the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998). You decide what to send and you check that it fits your situation and your contract. We do not guarantee that a client will pay. For a large debt or a dispute about the work, ask a lawyer.

4. Price and payment

The price is EUR 19, paid once. No VAT is charged (small business under Section 19 UStG). Payment is handled by PayPal (PayPal or card). You have no ongoing subscription.

5. Delivery

Access unlocks on the page, in the browser you use to pay, as soon as PayPal confirms the payment. You see your PayPal order ID. Keep it. Access is stored in your browser. If you clear your browser data or change device, email support.toolkits.desk@gmail.com with your order ID and we restore access.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied at once, that right ends when supply starts, if you gave express consent and confirmed that you know you lose the right (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB)). The checkbox at checkout asks for this consent. Our voluntary refund (see the refund policy) applies on top of this.

7. Use

You may use the kit for your own invoices and those of your business. You may not resell or republish the letter templates as your own product.

8. Liability

Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow a limit (for example intent or gross negligence).

9. Complaints

Email support.toolkits.desk@gmail.com. We reply within 5 working days. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's list of dispute bodies.

10. Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
