Email support.toolkits.desk@gmail.com with your PayPal order ID. We refund the full EUR 19 through PayPal within 5 working days of your email.

Why we do this

Because access starts at once, EU law lets us remove the legal right of withdrawal when you consent at checkout. We offer this voluntary refund anyway. It does not limit any legal right you have.
